There is a typo I think, the "*all* hosts" stuff has to be: <host name='.+' profile-id='profile' /> The version with just a dot doesn't work here.

Not a typo - it was a spambot that devastated the wiki. Now everyone editing the wiki has to confirm edits, and a spambot did it before intoroducing this system. Thanks for letting us know. --tch
