http://go-oo.org/ also has versionsof OpenOffice (though they're a different OpenOffice, although as with different capabilities, provided by Novell rather than Sun Microsystems). They have the main installer (which includes en-us) and language packs. No JRE is included (and http://download.openoffice.org/other.html has a tickbox for jre JRE for the official version) and it doesn't have a startup registration wizard.
