won´t work on windows xp. i guess the installation needs an actual logged in user, because there is an error when you install it at boot with wpkg. if you start the installation while the user is logged in as the user (cscript \\server\wpkg.js /synchronize) it works.

- I use the following, which works for me: hcr.exe /InstallSilent /InstallCommonGroup
