This is a silent installer for Real Alternative 1.51 from http://www.free-codecs.com - you would have to double check for a different version.
Upgrade from 1.43 to 1.44 to 1.51 seems to work if you increment the revision number.
Real Alternative is the RealPlayer package with plugins without the benefits of spyware.
