Installer
Apparently, WinCalendarTime uses InnoSetup because the following works.
WinCalendarTimeSetup-1.0.exe /silent
Since this doesn't start the program, you should also try
%ProgramFiles%\WinCalendarTime\WinCalendarTime.exe
