Although similar in names, WPKG has nothing to do with GN-WPKG (wireless LAN PCI network cards from Gigabyte, supporting IEEE 802.11g/b with speeds up to 54 Mbps) and you won't find any specs, drivers, manuals, instructions etc. for GN-WPKG on this page!
Also, you won't find much help if you ask for GN-WPKG support on WPKG mailing lists and/or ask WPKG developers directly...
