I'm not sure the Eraser info is correct. Eraser 5.82 doesn't include '%PROGRAMFILES%\Eraser\unins000.exe' so the WPKG upgrade fails when this file isn't found. I installed 5.86a / 5.86.1 using the '/s' switch, without first uninstalling 5.82, and it upgraded fine.
