Windows Scripting Host

A recent version of Windows Scripting Host (WSH) is required to run wpkg. Some Windows version either have no WSH or WSH is too old. Obviously, wpkg cannot install its own requirement, so you may use a Windows batch file instead. A further complication is that there are different installers: one for Windows 98, NT, and ME and another for 2000 and XP.
