Added enterprise agreement and distribution download details
The .mst file is made with Adobe Customization Wizard 9, available [http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_wizard here]. You will need to follow [http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/deploying_reader9.pdf Adobe's instructions] and recreate the MST each time you apply a new patch.
