You must first record the installation parameters in a file with the command path_to\oziexp_setup.exe /SAVEINF="path_to\Inst.inf". Then this file can be used to run a silent install.
Once installed start OziExp and configure the settings which are required on the first run (language...). Go to the installation directory and copy Language.ini, LastUpdate.ini, OziExp_fra(or your language).ini to a directory in into %SOFTWARE%\Ozi\PgmFiles(that's an example).
