Talk:UltraDefrag

As a developer of UltraDefrag I recommend to always use the latest release. For instance v4.4.0 was flawed due to some wrongly defined structures used by poorly documented Windows API functions.

In addition I have removed the replacement of the Windows defragmenter, since it is better to not bother with system settings.
