Hello, for multi languages problems, why not use :

<check type="file" condition="exists" path="%PROGRAMFILES%\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\NPSWF32.dll" />

Try yourself. To be honest, WPKG doesn't support such checks yet (it can't expand %PROGRAMFILES%).
