This is a silent installer for Real Alternative 1.48 44 from http://www.free-codecs.com - you would have to double check for a different version. Upgrade from 1.43 to 1.44 seems to work if you increment the revision number.
Real Alternative is the RealPlayer package with plugins without the benefits of spyware.
