There seems to no documentation as to what wpkgsrv.exe does and how to debug issues.
From what I can tell is that wpkg.js figures out what the client needs to install and places the commands in the wpkg.xml file on the local pc.
Then at some time wpkgsrv reads that file and does the installs etc..
But How do I control wpkgsrv?
