[[CTUpdate]] might also be useful as an alternative approach to apply hotfixes (removes the need for manually listing hotfixes in WPKG while still allowing offline storage of hotfixes).
CTUpdate takes too much place here - I moved info about it to the Windows Hotfixes page.
