→Adobe Reader 9.3 Installer: Added links to 9.3.4 patch
All the files are downloaded from ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/. The English version is in the directory "enu".
Patch 9.3.3 4 can be downloaded from ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/9.x/9.3.34/misc/AdbeRdrUpd933_all_incrAdbeRdrUpd934_all_incr.msp. However in order to update from 9.3.0 to 9.3.34, first 9.3.2 and 9.3.3 must be installed. The .mst file is made with Adobe Customization Wizard 9, available [http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_wizard here]. You will need to follow [http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/deploying_reader9.pdf Adobe's instructions]and recreate the MST each time you apply a new patch.
