First you need to unpack .exe Unpack the LibreOffice installer with a an archive tool like 7zip (for example 7-zip, or with using the installer itself.Then, copy the obtained folder on your server.At this stage you can modify it with the Microsoft ORCA tool (or InstEd). Alternaly you can create a Transform file to use with the .msi installer. For example to change install options or to remove unecessary languages.

Note: For the <remove> tag i I have use used the .msi file itself to get rid of the fact than that the uninstall strings in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall are language dependent. But this force requires you to keep the .msi file on the server for removing software. You may prefer a to use remove strings like such as:
