MSI Installer for v 3.8 doesn't want to install when earlier version installed. I needed to add the remove command in <upgrade> before installation command. Does anyone have the same problem?

Yes i have the same problem. I want to update vom 5.10.114 to 5.10.116 and it does only work by uninstalling the earlier version first.
